Ready to pick up your Still RYSKY order at RYSKY Studio? Here’s everything you need to know to make the process smooth and easy:

📧 Show Your ‘Ready to Pick Up’ Email
When you come in to pick up your order, be sure to bring your ‘ready to pick up’ email. Without it, we won’t be able to release your orderno exceptions!

📸 Picture Time!
Once we hand you your order, we’ll snap a quick picture of you with your new goodies (deliveryman-style) to confirm the pick-up 💖

DO NOT pick up your order at the studio without informing us.

We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! 💖 Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days (unless one of your items is on pre-order or has a longer dispatch time).

DOMESTIC UK SHIPPING (tracked)

  • Standard/2nd class Royal Mail - 2 working days
  • Express/1st class Royal Mail - next working day
  • FREE domestic shipping when you spend £200.00 or over

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (tracked) *

  • Standard International shipping Royal Mail - 6-8 working days
  • FREE International shipping when you spend £500.00 or over

we ship all packages DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid). If you’re outside the UK, there’s a chance that your parcel may be subject to additional import fees when it reaches your country. 🌍💫

These fees are set by your country’s import laws, and unfortunately, we can’t cover them. But no worries, they’re easy to manage! 💖 

If the fees aren’t paid and your order is safely returned to us, we’ll happily refund your original order amount (minus postage and any additional duties or handling fees we may have incurred).

Please note, we can’t be responsible for any delays or missing parcels if they’re not safely returned to us, so we recommend keeping an eye on any customs or duty notifications to make sure everything arrives smoothly. ✨

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing.

Please contact your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and/ or file a lost package report. We are not responsible for any incorrectly inputted addresses so please double check this when you enter it! 💫
