Refund policy

Hey Bunny! 💖 We want you to adore your Still RYSKY items, but if for any reason you need to return something, here’s all the info you’ll need:

✨ Return within 14 days!
You have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back. (P.S. Make sure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached or we won't be able to complete the refund or exchange for you.)

🚚 How to Return
Inside your return parcel, please include a note with your order number, so we can quickly find your order and help you out. Please note that all return postage is on the customer, and we recommend sending it via tracked mail, as we can't be responsible for any lost items.

⚡️ Refunds & Exchanges
Once we get your return, we’ll process it within 10 days. If everything looks good, you’ll get an email confirming your refund or exchange!

RETURNING GOODS - INTERNATIONAL

If you’re returning an order from outside the UK, please make sure to mark the parcel as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms. This little step helps us process your refund quickly! 🚚💫

If the customs declaration isn’t correct, it might cause delays or even send your parcel back to us. Please note, any duties from incorrect declarations will be deducted from your refund.

*return & exchange shipping is covered by the customer
